Never in the history of the U.S. has there been an election when Americans suddenly seem to have become aware that socialism did not die with the collapse of 70 years of its inevitable collapse. This series of sections will be somewhat like the original Federalist papers that so dramatically helped the founders determine how to limit the federal government but still have it be capable within the limits stated. Ever since, some have tried, but none as hard as Obama to denigrate both Congress and the Supreme Court to make the Executive Branch enjoy unfettered power!

All socialists and 'fellow travelers' want to assume, as did the writers of the rules of the Confederacy that ruling men are 'good' and that seeking power to promote themselves will not happen. Wrong! It does and always will until either we or God reprograms our DNA.

This truth explains why it took our founders years to search for the ideas of our Constitution's separation of powers with a way for each to have its efforts to gain too much power be stopped. Obama managed to have his Executive minions write a 2,700 page entitlement law and get it passed by Congress without reading or debating its terms.

If Obama can coerce Congress and now also the Supreme Court, he will be re-elected on promises he can either not keep or find a way to fiscally support. If we fail to educate those he woos with these impossible to achieve promises, but destructive to all at the same time, our nation is doomed to fall to the level of others in the world thus enabling the realization of Obama's father's dream.

If he can parlay his mysterious origins, and record into remaking the Constitution by Executive order after November, he can be counted on to do it. Teaching those who see $$ benefit entitlements as reparations or as a way to global peace and prosperity the reality of Utopian thought is not easy, but it must be done before November or we will be amazed to see what took 70 years to collapse in Russia be our legacy to the future of our people.

It will take a lot of prayer.

It will take a lot of prayer and this may be the best key to the minds of the people who have to realize that giving Obama a law that, once ok'd by the Supreme Court, gives him and all to follow the power to have Congress manage all individuals to promote the 'general welfare' or 'economic planning' that controls wages, prices and all of life because the 'regulate commerce' clause now has been twisted to make all needed planning and control decisions in addition to regulating all economic activity.

Once this is done, we have accomplished the Revolution that all socialists know will lead to the Utopia where ALL are employed by the State, so gaming the system to show that the percentage is faked by not counting those whose benefits expired and their skills found no place to be used.
With socialism, all are given daily tasks in exchange for the common daily subsistence wage. It is always a promise to increase the number of dollars to be paid...and it is slowly advanced along with prices that are controlled. The only appearance that something is wrong comes as store shelves contain fewer goods. Their quality deteriorates because there is no competition allowed.

To be more efficient, only one kind of tooth paste is available, and if shipments are slowed for any reason, well, brush without tooth paste until it appears again. The long lines grow longer as they did for decades in Russia until finally the big lie is a joke to even the elite leaders, who shop in special stores just for them. This evolution is inevitable because we forgot to realize the wisdom of the founders understanding of human nature. That is why the Confederacy was failing. Good men in charge are not able to entertain evil when they have power to make it happen for them! That is one key to making democracy work. The other is God!

If the founders did not strongly show their faith in the need to conform to their God's willingness to give them the power to choose between good and evil; and if they did not have a very great respect and understanding of the idea that to ignore God was a prescription for certain failure, they never would have decorated so many federal buildings, as others did in the states and cities, with evidence of fealty to God as a major source of self-control and consideration of others.

Americans have a huge will to volunteer with money, time, and skill to help others less able for any reason. But, they also have a strong conviction that those who apply themselves as children to study, learn, obey parents generally enjoy a better chance at developing the skills and attitudes needed for successful adult living, free of most dangerous activities that are focused on personal comfort, or hedonistic pleasure. These features made the U.S. become the envy of the world and they provided the muscle,the resolve and the skill to bring peace even when the whole world got caught up in global efforts of dictators.

Can these centuries of success now be swept away by those who want to think that Utopian ideas are practical, if they just have the right good people in charge, unfettered by a Constitution that keeps them from making the redistribution of the means of free enterprise that made our nation so able to eliminate the massive loss of life to starvation, still common in some corners of the world. Yes, we can give Obama a second term. He would like to have the 'rubber stamp' Congress under Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid be free of interference, but he will use Executive orders to claim need for implementation of the martial law that is already in place, to rule for the nation's welfare and common good. The Supreme Court will just be ignored. How can it do anything without taking time to study and repeal until Obama appoints new Justices to replace those retiring or dying with more trained as was Kagan in building the Obamacare law that she is now poised to vote to endorse as being Constitutional, when she should recuse herself but will not. Why? Because, like all good socialists, she knows that getting things is more important than conforming to the law and that "any means to the end" was a Marxist idea that is paramount.

One U.S. public movement has shown remarkable ability to help awaken millions to the fact that love and appreciation for the freedoms that make the U.S. so great and productive for all- not Obama's notion of 1% vs 99% as advertised by the mixed mob calling themselves the “Occupy Wall Street” tries to display.

Here is the sort of appeal that the Tea Party can legitimately make:

Democrats have a long history of intimidation (unions anyone?) and it should come as no surprise that the former community organizer would turn to his old Saul Alinsky tactics in a desperate attempt to preserve the government takeover of healthcare. In an unprecedented move President Obama had the audacity to send a thinly veiled warning to the court as they deliberate the constitutionality of Obamacare.

One of the Obama quotes reads, "Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."

Notice that Obama makes no mention of the courts actual duty, which is to act as a check against the federal government moving outside its constitutional bounds! This President can whine and intimidate all he wants but if this court acts constitutionally they will strike down this Democrat power grab.

No matter how the Supreme Court rules this is going to be a contentious and critical election. The Tea Party is the only political movement in this country who can still claim the high ground. The reign of Barack Obama can only be ended by the Tea Party and we are working hard everyday to advance this movement we love. Clearly the President is overstepping his bounds when, representing the Executive Branch he is trying to game the Judges the way he used to think a basketball player could treat a referee into gaining some advantage of a rule interpretation. Basketball players can and do get Technical fouls be called or even be removed from the game. The President is not beyond reach of the S.C. if he is trying to more or less bribe a Judge!
