If the rest of the world had obtained the freedom that Americans, in the age of the 13 colonies managed to obtain from the King of England via a Revolution that was too distant from that King to beat, and if the rest of the world had acquired the wisdom of the founders, who managed to provide not just the Declaration of Independence, but also a Constitution that could live to provide opportunity for all to “acquire life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” via the freedoms and rights that included limited governance under God’s teaching of the nature of man; then President Obama would not have any way to contend that the people of the U.S. have been fraudulently existing for 236 years!

In Michelle and Barack Obama’s mind, colored by the “dreams of his father”, whose ancestors were victims of the oppression of the British, French, German Empires, as well as victims of the tyranny of Islamic religious rulers inability to recognize what early Americans had achieved, the charges of rampant colonial oppression must be extended to the U.S. simply because it was so prosperous! That the founders had no immediate way to free the slaves, but provided the amendment means to do so later is not cause to condemn them. It may help all Americans to learn how ‘slavery’ was not invented here.

Not that the U.S. is free of evil or without fault! It has much to do to avoid the bankruptcy that is at our doorstep while so many either ignore or have no way of understanding it. Worse, a very large segment is too poor and angry for entitlements to make them happy without working and they will tend to vote for any short-term idea of class warfare or ‘soaking the rich’ to take care of their immediate perceived and real needs.

Today, millions of Americans of both political parties and Independents as well, realize that “the end is near” and that if Obama wins, we can kiss the Constitution ‘good-bye’ and move “Forward”, with the slogan of socialists for several hundred years in power!

I have no doubt that the Obama notions of socialism – to be know as ‘Progressivism’, are any different than those that drove the Russians in 1917-18 into a terrible civil war, that was not between right vs wrong, but between which branch of intellectual elites would rule. Once Obama wins in November, he will simply issue a few more Executive Orders to announce that his mandate is to declare Congress and the Supreme Court null and void so he can rule in the name of the people! Only a civil war will stop him then!

Few Obama supporters will read this or understand why God does not want this to happen! Clearly, the U.S. has been the most illustrious example of what freedom, democracy and rule of law under God, and by the consent of the people can do to provide for all of us. Equally clear is the fact that our political leaders for a long time have not been able to please God or Man in the process of developing a system of entitlements and welfare that can not be supported. At the same time, we have allowed evil politicians to invent ways to win elections with TV and media money spent to fool the people.

The internet has awakened millions to the need of understanding what our Constitutional founders learned and created for us to maintain and to modify by amendment as needed. The Hillsdale College course at on Constitution 101 is an excellent short course for those who want to know how the founders figured out how to make the U.S. achieve so much for so many, most of whom were yet to immigrate here from afar. Now we must show by our voting that we will not tolerate a class war leader! What we need is a leader who can free us from the excessive control and regulation of a federal and state system of government that is out of control. But, we must know how we can excite private decisions to take investment risk that creates jobs! Tax reform can include a means to help those like Warren Buffett escape from their inability to contribute excess capital that they do not know how to use to create jobs, to those who can do it.

But, we must do this and a lot more, while reforming our medical, educational, and regulatory systems so as to promote better goods, services and opportunities for self development. Look to electing as our president, a leader of stature named Romney, who can lead nationally in conservative ways that have been hard to do in his home state. Look to Gingrich to help supply specific calls for actions to achieve the above goals, and look to God to approve efforts to help individuals assume self-responsibility to replace dependence on government to obtain the three basics of life – air, water and food.

To escape from leaving our progeny with a bankrupt economy, and a worthless dollar, we must accept some real hardships! We will not be able to spend whatever it takes to keep all alive, as long as artificial life-support care can do it. That will mean that those who want it will have to save enough to pay for it, or decide it is time to let God move their soul from Earthly residence. It will mean that post high school education will entertain and teach higher education to those who can afford it; but support those in pursuit of special skills sought by business, industry, and government with low interest loans, not grants, who can’t pay as they go.

It means changing the K-12 educational system from one run for the unionized teachers and administrators to one run by local school boards, free of Federal control that inevitably is incapable of teaching because of bureaucratic control aimed at protecting the controllers! While local tax bases produce different levels of fiscal support, the main reason for education to work in motivation to learn by students and to teachers to educate.

It also means coming to realize that if we want to eat strawberries year around, we had best find ways to grow them locally in cost effective ways that fit a lower standard of income for many consumers. Yes, those that are able to secure high paying jobs may be able to eat more of them than those working as a right, but unable to command artificially high wages, but who also have the freedom to learn to do those tasks that are economically worth more so as to justify higher pay, not by fiat but by performance.

Yes, God is watching, but no, he is not going to strike dead those who want collectivism and control of the masses by rules who offer self-proclaimed expertise instead of a willingness to let freedom generate what our forefathers achieved. True, God will still expect us to maintain our historic notions of concern and contributions to those in need of learning a way to grow their own food and thus be able to survive in the age of sustainable living that is now essential in order to assure an adequate supply of the air and water needed to maintain life.

Yes, we will need to pray for God’s guidance and remember the Christian contribution to notions of love and forgiveness. If we can find a way to help similarly peaceful religious members of Islam, who need to disarm those bent on conquest and destruction, as was accomplished for several hundred years long ago in the European Middle Dark Ages, we must do so. If we have to mount a protective means of helping those in need of assistance to be rid of Khomeni type leadership be it in Iran or elsewhere, we must be prepared to do so not with ten years wars that we finally seek a way to claim Victory when it is really defeat that we get, but by decisive means approved by all who want religious freedom.
